General
   Model HIC Heavy chemical flow pump is designed and manufactured according to ISO/DIS5199 standard and some parts of ANS/ASME73.1.Its measurement and features can meet the standard of DIN24256/ISO2858 and it's a kind of horizontal type,single stage,single suction centrifugal pump. Its impeller has two structures; open type and closed type.
    The features of HIC series of pump includes the features of IH series of pump and it is same as HCZA pump. Compared with IH,HCZ pump, it has following advantage:
    1.realiability
    The bearing life is 3.4-7.8 times of IH pump and 1.2-1.6 times of HCZ pump.
    The stability coefficient impeller is 5.1 times of IH pump and 3 times of HCZ pump.
    The stability coefficient of shaft sealing is 4.3 times of IH pump and 2.2 times of HCZ pump.
    Stability coefficient of bearing is four times of IH pump and 2.1 times of HCZ pump.
    2.The big oil tank and the lubrication is more reliable.
    3.Comepulsory inner cooling machinery sealing,the installation mode as container and the sealing is more reliable.
    4.The bin taper shaft sealing space with hydro-guiding wing flake and the machinery sealing of single terminal face can convey the solid granule of 5% content and it don't need outside cooling.

Application
    It is suitable for chemical,petrochemical,metallurgy,salt mill to convey the liquid with high temperature or low temperature,high density,solid granule and for other places with high requirements and reliability.
