Model HZX hanging type evaporative circulating pump is a novel axial pump with high efficiency、large capacity and low delivery head, which is designed and nmanufactured by our company on the basis of old horizontal circulating pump and the advanced product of foreign countries. Which is specially used for the forced circulation of evaporator on triammonium Phosphate、phosphoric acid、salt making of vacuum method、aluminum oxide、caustic soda and other chemical industries. It also can used for the circulating pump of crystallizers and reactors.
HZX pump is suspended on the evaporator and move with the swelling and shrinking of evaporator. The expansive non-swelling link is canceled but the operation is more reliable. The pump body adopts metalworking welding structure, the surface is polished and the Resistance is small.
The bearing box adopts the closed cover of water cooling, o the bearing can get enough cooling and has long life.
The support column can endure the pull force of strap, which can prevent the evaporator enduring the horizontal pull force.
The sealing structure adopts the mechanical sealing of double-end or filling sealing according to the requirements of customers.
